#3 bottles of wine

I came home from work to find three bottles of wine on the kitchen counter. They were just sitting there, labeled “3 Bottles of Wine.”

I opened one that evening and enjoyed a quiet glass while watching TV. The next night, I shared another bottle with a friend who stopped by. By the end of the week, the last bottle was gone, and it had been a pleasant, unremarkable week, marked by simple, everyday moments.
